If the 90-Day Urban Survival Challenge or any other digital product you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.

We believe in the power of our system — but we also understand that preparedness is a personal journey, and sometimes what works for one person may not work for another.

To Qualify for a Refund:

You must request the refund within 60 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must have been purchased directly through TacNSurvival.com.
We may ask for basic feedback to understand what didn’t meet your expectations.
If your product includes access to downloadable materials, we ask that you delete all copies after your refund is processed, as the license to use the material is revoked.

The reason for your request (optional, but appreciated)

Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
